I dont consider being a job hopper a bad thing, I consider it the same as a person who travels and experiences new things. I have also written Interview tips from a chronic job hopper as well. I suggest you do research on the company your interviewing so your knowlegable if they should ask you what you know about the company. Also arrive at LEAST 45 minutes early, than apoligize for doing so, it makes you look overly dependable..and they love it! Check out my blog at http://www.mrinstability.blogspot.com for more tips.
